About the Role:
Join TRIDEV HEALTH CARE LLC as a Companion Caregiver and make a difference in the lives of our clients in Surprise, AZ. This role is perfect for compassionate individuals who enjoy providing companionship and support to those in need.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
• Help clients with medication reminders and health monitoring.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.
• Provide transportation to appointments and social outings as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving is a plus.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona)
• Article 9 Certification
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
• Background check and references required.
