Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with daily living activities

• Assist clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other domestic duties

• Create and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients, including ensuring their physical and emotional well-being

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being

• Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
