Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch
• Job Setting: Hospital and In-Office Clinic
• Types of Cases:
  • Follow-ups, post-ops, post-device checks, same day appointments, procedure follow-ups, hospital coverage, and support for EP physician
  • Up to 14 patients in clinic; variable in hospital
  • Adult patient population
  • EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing: 30-60 days

• Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Certifications: DEA
• Licensure: Active Arizona license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in Electrophysiology required
