NextCare is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for urgent care in Flagstaff, AZ. This role offers clinical autonomy within a fast-paced, well-supported team and meaningful community impact. Four shifts per month with clinic hours roughly Mon–Thu 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; Fri–Sun 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. NextCare values work–life balance, no after-hours tasks, and schedules released in advance.
