Current certification as an X-Ray Technician from a recognized body. Valid state license to practice as an X-Ray Technician. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a clinical or hospital setting. Additional certifications in advanced imaging techniques. Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations. Responsibilities: Perform X-ray examinations on patients as per physician orders. Ensure patient safety by following established protocols and guidelines. Maintain and operate X-ray equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss imaging findings and assist in patient care. Skills: The required skills for this position include proficiency in operating X-ray equipment and a strong understanding of radiographic techniques, which are essential for producing high-quality images. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will need to ensure that all images are clear and meet diagnostic standards.
