Imagine taking a complex steel package from concept to completion—aligning scope, time, cost, and quality so the finished structure speaks for itself. From our Sewickley, PA office and jobsites, you’ll turn design intent into reality while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Why this role mattersOur projects move communities forward. You will synchronize teams, budgets, and timelines; protect quality; and ensure field execution reflects the plan—every day.
How you’ll lead- Own multiple structural steel projects end-to-end, meeting schedule, budget, and quality commitments.
- Translate scope into integrated plans: detailed schedules, resource allocations, and logistics.
- Partner with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Measure progress, manage risk, and recalibrate to keep work on track.
- Conduct routine site walks to verify compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Deliver concise updates, presentations, and change communications to stakeholders.
- Maintain complete records: contracts, change orders, and progress documentation.
- Model teamwork—mentor junior team members and embed best practices.
- Project management experience in steel construction, from entry-level through seasoned professionals considered.
- Proven capability managing large, complex projects from kickoff through closeout.
- Expertise in steel fabrication processes and construction/erection workflows.
- Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal abilities and client focus.
- Fluency with project management software and associated tools.
- Resilient problem-solver who performs under pressure.
- OSHA certification and knowledge of construction safety regulations are preferred extras.
