Test Tech II Astin TX Contract - 2nd Shift, 4/40 Hours: 4:30pm - 3am Pay Rate: $28.27/Hr. Benefits: overtime, medical, dental, vision, 401k REQUIREMENTS: Test Tech II US Citizenship Requires two (2) years of a High School or Trade School education. Seeking a candidate with at least 2 yrs experience in manufacturing testing PCB boards, troubleshooting and problem solving. Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings. Ability to become solder certified Effective communication and teamwork Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team I need only candidates with hand soldering skills. Preferably that have J-Standard Modules 1, 3, 6 completed. SKILLS PREFERRED: Test Tech II Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences. Lays out and assembles units for production equipment according to designs and specifications. Adjusts and calibrates systems as needed. Modifies equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches. Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed. Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Understanding of test instruments such as Oscilloscope, multi-meters, RF analyzers Able to troubleshoot on their own to component level Ability to read schematics, diagrams IPC-A-610, J-STD Certifications Desirable. 76430 #J-18808-Ljbffr
