Job Description
The Pool Construction Helper supports a small, specialized team by assisting with various tasks necessary for building swimming pools. Reporting directly to the Foreman and supervised by the Lead Worker, this role requires frequent travel to different job sites and offers opportunities for skill advancement within the construction field. **Must have valid driver's license. **
Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites for pool installation
- Handle and transport materials efficiently
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Comply with all safety regulations on site
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas
- Assist skilled workers with various construction tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in construction
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of site preparation processes
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Must have valid driver's license
