Duties

Help resolving complex problems to ensure patient services are met.

Evaluate the work of subordinate staff, new products, equipment, and systems to make recommendations for final decisions on hiring selections.

Plan and direct the subordinate Lead MSA and MSA's activities.

Extract and analyze data to provide reports to senior management for tracking measures.

Participate in the hiring selection process by reviewing applications, sitting on a selection panel, and making hiring recommendations to the Service Chief.

Evaluate performance and take disciplinary action when necessary.

Coach and train staff, ensuring the full scope of training completion.

Review all policies and, if needed, write/update SOPs and Medical Center Policies in draft form.

Review all patient movements from the day before and, if needed, correct errors and train responsible staff.

Manage the tour of duty work schedule and conduct monthly staff meetings for MSA staff.

Pay: Competitive salary and regular salary increases
