Entry Level Staff Accountant

Entry Level Staff AccountantQ-Lab Corporation is currently seeking an Entry Level Staff Accountant. Reporting to the Controller, this role is responsible for assisting in the monthly close process, including preparation of journal entries, monitoring and reconciling balance sheet accounts, and maintaining a fixed asset system across multiple entities in multiple countries, among other duties.Responsibilities:Assist in the monthly close process, including preparation of journal entriesMonitor and reconcile balance sheet accountsLearn and assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functionsInvolved in the analysis of financial informationAssist with sales and property tax compliance, including preparation of returnsProvide management with weekly and monthly KPI reportsAssist in annual planning processMaintain fixed asset system across multiple entities in multiple countriesAssist in inventory cost management and G/L reconciliation to internal inventory systemAd hoc reporting as neededRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting1-3 years of experience preferredAnalytical and detail-orientedProficient in Microsoft OfficeGood verbal and written communication skillsDesired Skills:Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or accredited labPublic Accounting experience a plusWho We Are:Q-Lab Corporation is a global leader in providing material durability testing products.
