Option for Pay Per Visit/W-2 position: Range $50 - $56/visit - depending on years of experience and if want Paid Time Off (PTO) or no PTO Location: 9307 Bridgeport Way SW Lakewood, WA 98499 Hours/Schedule: Create a schedule that works for you!
