Job Summary:
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in inpatient and outpatient care is needed in Tacoma, Washington. This position requires providing speech therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including bedside swallow evaluations and outpatient standardized testing. Candidates are required to bring their licensure and certifications on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Sun-Thurs, 7:45 a.m. 4:15 p.m., with potential to float to St. Francis, St. Anthony, and St. Clare locations.
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP); BLS Certification; COVID-19 Vaccination; minimum of 2 years of experience; proficiency in bedside swallow evaluations and outpatient standardized test administration.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  • Floating to multiple facilities may be required.
  • Cancellation policy allows up to 4 shifts canceled per 13-week assignment, or 3 shifts if less.
  • Department-specific orientation is provided.
  • Scrubs in dark blue or black are acceptable for both outpatient and inpatient settings.
