We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Volunteer Hairstylist to provide hair care services to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This is a rewarding opportunity to use your skills to bring joy, confidence, and meaningful connection to older adults.

REPORTS TO:

Campus Admin

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide haircuts, trims, styling, and basic hair care services to residents.

• Create a warm, friendly, and respectful experience for all residents.

• Communicate patiently and compassionately with seniors, including those living with memory loss.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Follow all applicable sanitation and licensing requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current and valid Cosmetology License required.

• Experience working with seniors is preferred but not required.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Comfortable interacting with individuals living with dementia and other cognitive impairments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism.
