Role Summary Own and scale Naphora’s user acquisition across our mobile games. Your objective is to drive profitable and sustainable player growth through paid acquisition, creative testing, ASO, and data-driven optimization. You’ll manage campaigns and budgets across key acquisition channels, identify opportunities to improve performance, and work closely with Product to improve player quality, retention, monetization, and LTV. Responsibilities User Acquisition & Growth Develop and execute paid and organic acquisition strategies across multiple mobile games Manage UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and other relevant networks Own campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization Scale acquisition while maintaining profitability and player quality Support global game launches and LiveOps marketing initiatives Creative Testing & ASO Define and execute creative testing roadmaps Test and optimize creatives to improve CPI, IPM, CTR, CVR, and ROAS Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives to improve visibility and store conversion Plan and execute creator and influencer acquisition campaigns Analytics & Optimization Analyze campaign performance and turn data into actionable recommendations Track key acquisition, retention, monetization, and LTV metrics Build dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders Work closely with Product to improve retention, monetization, and LTV Continuously monitor competitors, industry trends, and new acquisition opportunities Success Looks Like Consistently delivering profitable user growth Scaling both paid and organic acquisition Improving acquisition efficiency while increasing player quality Running experiments quickly and using the results to make decisions Making decisions based on data rather than assumptions Qualifications 4+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing within mobile gaming Proven experience managing six- or seven-figure monthly UA budgets Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and other major ad networks Strong understanding of mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular Experience with ASO and store conversion optimization Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools Strong understanding of mobile gaming KPIs including CPI, IPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV, ARPDAU, retention, and payback Experience designing and executing A/B tests Strong communication and stakeholder management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Naphora Games Group
