Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the state
• Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred

• Ability to design and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Effective communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, focusing on enhancing daily living, academic participation, and life skills
• Conduct assessments and create individualized intervention plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom and, when appropriate, home settings
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide guidance and resources to families and staff for ongoing student support
