Pick-up and Delivery Driver

Job Summary Ziems Ford Corners is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Pick-up and Delivery Driver to join our team in Farmington, New Mexico. As a full-time individual contributor in the auto industry, the driver will be responsible for providing efficient and timely pick-up and delivery services to our customers. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and a valid driver's license. Compensation & Benefits This is a part-time hourly position and pay is $12.50 per hour. We work about 8-10 hours per day Mon‑Fri. Responsibilities Ensure timely and safe pick-up and delivery of vehicles from the dealership to customer locations, and vice versa. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist them with loading and unloading vehicles. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after deliveries to ensure any damages are reported. Maintain accurate records of pick‑up and delivery schedules and complete all necessary paperwork. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while operating the company vehicle. Keep the company vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs to the appropriate departments. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers during the delivery process. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with the Farmington area and surrounding regions. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection. Available to work flexible hours.
