Economic success and corporate responsibility are inextricably linked as part of this process.Symrise – always inspiring more…About the RolePosition SummaryEnsure the deployment of Symrise Talent Management practices and processes (Performance, Engagement, Careers, and Learning & Development) across NAM region. The role covers all Talent Management topics, with a strong emphasis on capability development and training, while supporting regional priorities.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplement Global Talent Management initiatives at local/regional level.Train and support managers and HRBPs in applying Talent Management processes (performance, succession, development, culture).Ensure proper understanding and use of Talent Management tools and practices among local HR teams and managers.Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on talent reviews and succession plans, ensuring consolidation of regional data.Promote consistency and quality of Talent Management practices through training, communication, and best-practice sharing.Contribute to the design, adaptation, and update of learning materials and Talent Management tools in line with regional guidelines.Support Talent Management reporting by updating and consolidating regional indicators.Collaborate with L&D Global team and HRBPs to identify capability gaps and align learning content with business priorities.Contribute, with the support of Local HRBPs, with the execution of the annual NAM Training and Development plan, assisting in budget management throughout the year.Measure and evaluate Learning programs‘ effectiveness, using data and insights to continuously improve solutions and ensure return on learning investment. Coordinate the planning, logistics, and administration of regional training sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid), making sure they‘re registered on our official people management platform (Workday)Manage training registrations, invitations, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations within L&D systems and tools (Workday).Promote a culture of continuous learning and development through regional and global L&D programs.Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and programs on leadership, capability development, and managerial culture.Integrate principles of diversity, inclusion and engagement into training and development initiatives.About YouRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered.3-5 years of experience with Learning and Development either doing training and/or content development within a manufacturing environment.Experience working with HR Business Partners and managers across professional and manufacturing environments.Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentational) and interpersonal skills.Proactive, creative thinker, that can easily adapt and pivot between different topics.Comfortable facilitating group discussions and workshops.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Experience working with LMS systems (i.e. Skillsoft, Workday, Alchemy, etc.).Global experience is desired.Experience designing or adapting L&D / Talent Management tools, guidelines, or development materials is an advantage.Experience in Talent Management, supporting performance, succession, career development, and engagement processes is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).Possible domestic travel up to 25%.What We OfferBecome part of our open and transparent culture. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
