• Basic metal fabrication — measuring, cutting, prepping metal parts
• Operate brake presses and spot welders
• Grind, clean, and finish metal components
• Get hands‑on exposure to MIG & TIG welding
• Assist with assembly, paint, and packaging
• Work in a training environment that is hands‑on, patient, and not rushed

• $20–$22/hr depending on experience and shift
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
• Higher pay for candidates with mechanical or welding experience
• Tuition assistance available for welding school or certifications

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $2285.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Anoka,MN.
