Experience Requirements
- 1-2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Assemble products according to customer requirements and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
- Plan assembly procedures using established processes and experience
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies
- Inspect completed products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain production standards and meet scheduling requirements
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Keep work areas clean and organized
