You will take a consultative approach to sales, prospecting into defined industry sectors and compliance departments to uncover growth opportunities. Working closely with Account Managers, you will contribute to shared goals and sustainable revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesProspect for new business through a high volume of outbound calls and structured follow‑up within an assigned territoryDevelop and maintain strong relationships with prospective customersLearn, understand, and demonstrate LexisNexis world‑class productsAchieve certification and mastery in product demonstrationsConsistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIsCollaborate with Account Managers to deliver on shared objectivesRequirementsExperience in lead generation or inside sales rolesComfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls (approximately 50–100 per day)Strong listening skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt conversationsAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a teamClear, professional communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processesEffective time management and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systemsWork in a Way That Works for YouWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
