Restaurant Server
Big Sandy Lodge & Resort
The Server is responsible for taking guest orders, serving, and informing guests of various beverages and food options in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. The Server will work closely with other wait staff and the kitchen team to ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently. SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Servers must be available for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedule will fluctuate (2 week notice for scheduling). Reliable attendance and punctuality required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Inform guests of various beverage and food pairings. Describe food ingredients, textures, and tastes in detail. Take food and beverage orders from guests. Monitor food distribution. Prepare final bills and process payments. Assist other servers. Maintain clean service areas. Other duties as assigned.
