Overview Senior Staff Accountant – Technical Staffing Firm Oakridge Staffing is a growing technology staffing firm serving financial services, hedge funds, and technology clients nationwide. We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, consultant payroll and invoicing, and multi-state compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger, and month‑end close Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and billing analyses Oversee consultant timesheets, invoicing, and payroll via ATS and ADP Ensure accurate billing and payroll data in TrackerRMS and QuickBooks Maintain compliance with multi‑state payroll, unemployment, and workers’ comp Support consultant onboarding/offboarding, tax, and insurance documentation Coordinate with HR on benefits, terminations, and employment verifications Improve and automate workflows across ATS, Bill.com, and accounting systems Qualifications 5+ years of accounting experience; staffing or professional services preferred Strong working knowledge of ADP , QuickBooks , Bill.com , and Excel Solid understanding of multi‑state payroll and tax compliance Location On‑site | Purchase, NY Base Pay Range $65,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid maternity leave Disability insurance Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Accounting/Auditing Industries Insurance and Employee Benefit Funds, Staffing and Recruiting, and Financial Services #J-18808-Ljbffr Oakridge Staffing
