Legal Client Intake Specialist Contract Role Available ASAP
Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual Spanish detail-oriented Legal Client Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients at a busy law firm.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
Gather client information and complete intake forms accurately.
Conduct initial screenings and document case details.
Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments.
Maintain confidential client records and follow up with prospective clients.
Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish
- Previous legal client intake or legal receptionist experience
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
