Personal Injury & Business Litigation Paralegal

Job Description
Seeking an experienced Personal Injury and Business Paralegal with substantial experience in both Florida State and Federal Courts. The candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of personal injury litigation from pre-suit through trial.

Requirements:
? Experience in both Florida State and Federal Courts
? Proficiency with Filevine
? Knowledge in Florida and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
? Manage high-volume caseload
Preferred Qualifications:
? Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
