HR Analyst

Great opportunity for an HR Analyst to support staff, candidates, and retirees reaching out via our helpdesk, while overseeing invoice processing across HR groups. You will also facilitate hiring, assist candidates, and set up required job positions. Responsibilities Assist internal/external contacts through the help desk on standard HR, benefits, and hiring policies. Deliver technical guidance, troubleshooting, and user training for HR systems. Build data reports/dashboards, presenting actionable insights to leadership. Manage HR administrative tasks and reconcile department invoices. Guide candidates through onboarding and support recruitment, workforce planning, and talent operations. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IS, Psychology, or equivalent experience. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF/AND logic). Outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills. solid understanding of HR principles with strict attention to confidentiality and deadlines. Adaptable in fast-paced environments; proficient with Microsoft Office. 12-month contract based in Midtown Atlanta with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite). Features a modern office with a gym, cafeteria, coffee shop, and paid parking in an enterprise setting. Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship).
