Overview Commercial Litigation Associate - Hybrid in Century City A dynamic litigation team is seeking a mid-level to senior attorney with 5-10 years of commercial litigation experience. This is a chance to work on sophisticated matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values both professional excellence and quality of life. Base pay range: $225,000.00/yr - $265,000.00/yr What You'll Do Lead cases from inception through resolution Manage client relationships and serve as liaison with opposing counsel Draft compelling legal briefs and guide strategic litigation decisions Coordinate with partners, paralegals, and support staff Assess legal risks and research complex legal issues What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial litigation experience; real estate and corporate disputes a plus Trial experience preferred Exceptional legal writing and research skills Strong organizational skills and deadline management Confidence in managing client relationships and supervising case teams A positive, team-oriented mindset Billable Requirement: 1,800 hours/year Compensation: $225,000-$260,000 DOE Benefits Include: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), generous vacation and sick time, disability and life insurance, parking, and a business development budget Hybrid Work: 2-3 days/week remote Note: This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-caliber legal environment and enjoys meaningful client work without sacrificing work-life balance.
