Remote Patient Advocate for Claims & Benefits

Digitech

Digitech is seeking a Patient Advocacy Specialist I to provide support for patients navigating their medical claims. In this 100% remote role, you'll address patient inquiries, guide them through the claims process, and ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
