HR & Benefits Specialist (Fully Remote)

Manage HR and benefits integration for newly acquired companies. Assist employees with benefits, leave, and general HR questions. Offers and Onboarding: Partner with the Talent Team to coordinate offer letters and employment agreements. Ensure new hires are set up with HRIS, benefits, and equipment. Systems and Process Improvement: Support HRIS implementation, testing, and data cleanup. Develop processes and templates to streamline HR tasks. Requirements and Qualities: 2-5 years of HR operations experience. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Solen Software Group is an investment and operating company that acquires and operates software businesses.
