Receptionist Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday Pay: Starting around $22.32/hour+ DOE Location: Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - Keizer, OR Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a proud 4-star rated facility recognized for its high-quality resident care. Key Responsibilities: Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately. Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to visitors and guests. Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and maintaining personnel files. Support payroll and accounts payable processes. Handle the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. Help with scheduling appointments and transportation for residents. Participate in training, orientation, and educational activities as required. Contribute to Quality Improvement initiatives and team meetings. Perform additional clerical duties as needed to support the team. What You Bring: Strong verbal communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor. Ability to build rapport and work cooperatively with residents, families, and coworkers. Proficiency in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions in English. Basic computer skills, with an eagerness to learn company-specific software. Previous administrative experience preferred. Ability to pass a drug screening, criminal background check, and reference verification. Why Join Us?
