As a Dispatch Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless delivery experience by coordinating between customers, fulfillment centers, and internal teams. Location: Medford, OR (on-site) Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday Compensation Range: $19.25–28.85/hr, with a typical starting pay of $22.00/hr. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. What You’ll Do Coordinate vehicle deliveries between customers and Driveway fulfillment locations, including stores, hubs, and operations teams. Schedule and manage delivery appointments through CRM, scheduling, and transportation systems. Serve as a key point of contact, proactively communicating delivery updates and timelines. Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery by partnering with fulfillment and selling locations. Follow up after delivery to ensure a positive customer experience. Escalate and help resolve customer concerns by partnering with the appropriate teams. What You’ll Bring Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment. Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Customer service, logistics, dispatch, coordination, or online retail experience is a plus. A team-first attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
