Sr. Manager, Supply Planning COE – Hybrid Valley City, OH, Towson, MD or New Britain, CT The Job Support Kinaxis Maestro implementation through the phases of requirement gathering, design, testing, training, and go‑live, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration with existing systems. Act as a Supply Planning subject matter expert and key contributor to Kinaxis Maestro implementation by providing stakeholders with insights and recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with IT, Global/Regional business partners, and an implementation partner to ensure current state business continuity and future‑state processes are supported by technology. Design and deliver training programs on Kinaxis Maestro and supply planning processes to regional and global teams. Participate in change management and user adoption initiatives to maximize the effectiveness and utilization of Kinaxis Maestro. Contribute to global Supply Planning improvement initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact and continuous process innovation. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in supply chain planning technology, proactively recommending enhancements to maintain best‑in‑class capabilities. The Person BS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field 7+ years of Supply Chain Planning and Project Management experience Demonstrated experience contributing to Kinaxis Maestro implementations in large, global organizations OR advanced, hands‑on expertise with Kinaxis Maestro configuration, optimization, and analytics. Deep knowledge of Supply Planning principles, best practices, and systems Experience with data analysis and visualization tools to support decision‑making Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage complex, multi‑region projects Experience in training and change management related to planning systems and processes. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
