Service Advisor Position At North End Motors

North End Motors in Canton MA has been servicing New England customers since 1986. North End Motors is a large preowned superstore with a high volume, fast paced and robust service department servicing hundreds of retail service customers per month. We are looking for only one service advisor to join our two other team members, preferably with previous experience to help meet demand. It is important to us that the potential candidate has good character, professionalism, a positive demeanor and strong communication skills. Base salary starts at $900 per week with a progressive monthly bonus program that begins at 3.25% and escalates to 5.25% based on production. We promote great customer service and give an incentive in the form of a monthly CSI bonus that starts at.75% all the way up to 1.5% which can effectively turning the 5.25% to 6.75%. We offer an ELR monthly bonus up to $650 and as we go as a team we are rewarded as a team up to a $500 team achievement bonus. The potential candidate's schedule will be Mon-Thurs 7:30am to 5:00pm, OFF on Friday and abbreviated Sat schedule of 7:30 to 1:30pm.
