In the role of Service Advisor, you will ensure exceptional customer service by managing service appointments, communicating vehicle issues clearly, and coordinating with technicians to deliver timely and high-quality repairs. Your expertise and friendly approach will help maintain strong customer relationships and support the smooth operation of our service center. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously, addressing their automotive service needs. Schedule service appointments and effectively manage service workflow. Communicate vehicle service details and repair recommendations clearly to customers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and timely completion of repairs. Provide cost estimates and explain service charges to customers. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service department area. Requirements Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology is preferred. Proficiency with computer systems and service management software. Valid driver’s license and a professional demeanor.
