As a Maintenance Technician for our properties, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. Your responsibilities will revolve around completing various tasks related to maintenance and repair of our properties. Elevate your adaptability : Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests while on- call and adapt to changing priorities to support business needs effectively. Elevate your communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and all other parties regarding maintenance issues, updates, and requirements. Who You Are: Elevated Team Player: collaborative team player that takes pride in completing tasks efficiently. Elevated Collaboration: effective communication and cooperation skills. Elevated Work Ethic: strong focus on achieving objectives and dedicated to completing daily tasks. Qualifications and Skills 2-3 years of basic maintenance experience. Valid Driver's License required. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements. Furnish own hand tools. Previous property management experience is a plus.
