Job Title: Assembly Equipment Technician I
Pay Rate: $20.00–$24.00 per hour on w2
Contract : 6months
Job Description:
- Assemble and build mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment using technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Maintain accurate assembly records and organize documentation.
- Assist with rebuilding parts, equipment repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Learn assembly techniques for new equipment and prototypes.
- Work with engineering teams to improve equipment quality, functionality, and assembly processes.
- Assist with testing new equipment and documenting design changes.
- Maintain tools, hardware inventory, and a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with quality control to resolve equipment issues and repairs.
- Support manufacturing and logistics teams in preparing equipment for shipment.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, reduce assembly time, and lower costs.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience required.
- Associate degree in Engineering Technology preferred.
