We are currently accepting applications for a Diesel Truck/Trailer/Equipment Mechanic to join our dedicated and safety-focused team in Avon, NY. This is a Full-Time second shift position with excellent benefits and growth potential. If youre a hands-on problem solver with a strong work ethic and desire to learn, we want to hear from you! What Youll Do:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, and medium sized equipment.
Inspect and maintain critical systems including brakes, steering mechanisms, and wheel bearings
Complete routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, battery checks and lubrications
Follow proper safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company and OSHA Safety standards
Work in a High-Energy environment with exposure to Noise, Dirt, and Debris
Engage in physical tasks including Lifting, Bending, Reaching, Climbing, and More What We Are Looking For:
General mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools, machines and their maintenance
Ability to follow safety guidelines and work as part of a team
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced shop environment
Diesel Mechanic experience preferred. Certifications are a PLUS!! Ready to Apply?
