Operations Specialist

Position Summary We are seeking an eager-to-learn Operations Specialist for our Norfolk location. This is a manual labor position within our warehouse. As there is growth potential in this position, the ideal candidate will have polished customer service skills and high attention to detail. The nature of this industry will require reliability and organizational skills. This is a full-time hourly position with biweekly pay. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Correctly store products in appropriate bin locations Accurately pull product according to customer order Use proper procedures for loading and unloading trucks Perform any other requirements to effectively fulfill functions of the warehouse Qualifications, Skills & Abilities Must be able to lift up to 50LBS Demonstrated ability to work in a team Must be able to work overtime and variable shift/ hours Demonstrated ability with Warehouse Management Software Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to interface with customers and employees fostering excellent communication skills and customer service Follow all items as laid out in Operations Manual and job description Able to be forklift certified Benefits Medical Dental Vision Supplemental benefits Company-paid life insurance Long-term disability Eligible for 401k first day of employment Company match on 401k Posted by: #J-18808-Ljbffr Wurth Wood Group
