Job Description
- Monitor and analyze customer calls and outage data to identify power outage locations and causes
- ** Dispatch field crews and emergency personnel ** for rapid service restoration
- Perform ARCOS callouts for emergencies, planned overtime, and shift coverage
- Manage multiple priorities and make quick, informed decisions under pressure
- Analyze data from multiple sources and develop appropriate action plans
- Provide strong customer service and operational support
- Requires dispatch/operations center experience , preferably in utilities or 911
- Strong verbal, written, and team communication skills
- ** High School Diploma/GED ** required
