We proudly embrace our values, as they define the qualities we impart in our team and our organization.As an Operations Specialist, you will be expected to pick, receive, load, unload, replenish, and stage merchandise in the warehouse from area to area by utilizing equipment such as forklifts, pallet riders, and a layer picker.A qualified candidate:Must have at least a High School Diploma or GEDMust be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 165 lbs. when handling keg products (required)Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with teammates and managers (required)Must possess good organizational and time management skills (required)Should possess warehouse, merchandising, or wholesaler experience (preferred)Should possess working knowledge or experience operating powered equipment (i.e. electric pallet jacks and packing wrap machinery) (preferred)Should possess "hands-on" experience with inventory and logistic software programs (preferred)Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations:Select and complete next day orders for customersPull inventory from racks using automated equipment such as ring scanners, I-pods, and I-pads devices manuallyCheck, verify, and audit selected products to ensure the count is correct and not damagedBuild, wrap, tag, check, and stage orders continuously throughout the shiftBuild up and breakdown pallets and carts as neededOperate warehouse and order picking computer systems/equipment to accurately fill orders and effectively manage inventoryLoad trucks daily using I-pads to verify load sequence of orders as it is loadedAssist in checking order and replenish pick floor as neededApply current build and rotation practices when loading bar trucksMust follow current safety, build, and pick best practicesResponsible for care and maintenance of equipment.Perform general housekeeping duties and other duties assigned by managementPerform varied duties (as listed above) depending on department assignment.
