To this effect, we are seeking dynamic professionals to join ALAM as Senior Reliability Engineer in the Reliability Domain of Industrial Management function globally (US and APAC). The Position: The Senior Reliability Engineer will be a technical pioneer and mentor for ensuring the long-term integrity and performance of critical assets within ALAM manufacturing facilities. In the high-stakes environment of semiconductor chemical production, equipment uptime and precision are essential to our success. This position will create alignment between maintenance, operations, and capital projects, applying advanced reliability methodologies to mitigate risk and optimize lifecycle costs. This global role reports to the Reliability Engineering Manager (based in US) covering all the sites of ALAM in US and APAC. Preferred locations for the role are US (Branchburg, New Jersey), South Korea (Hwaseong, Gyeonggi) or Taiwan (Taichung).Are You a Match?Required Experience/ Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.7+ years in a reliability or maintenance engineering role within a heavy industrial environment (Semiconductor, Fine Chemical preferred).Experience in facilitating FMEA (AIAG-VGA method preferred).Experience developing maintenance procedures.Experience in generation of critical spare part recommendations based on failure analysis.Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.Willing to have remote cross-continental meetings (between US and APAC), especially during critical phases of projects.Proficiency in CMMS (eMaint, SAP, Maximo).Our Differences Make Our PerformanceAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
