Business Operations Manager

Job Description
The Business Operations Manager will oversee and enhance internal processes, lead a dedicated team, and manage key operational functions to support company growth and efficiency. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role combines leadership with hands-on project coordination across both internal initiatives and external client engagements, with occasional travel. The position offers opportunities for advancement within the operations division.
Add on benefit of 5% of company net revenue
Responsibilities
Optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Lead and manage a team to achieve operational goals
Oversee budget planning and financial management
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
Prepare and analyze reports and operational data
Coordinate cross-functional projects, both internal and external
Develop and enforce company policies and compliance standards
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business operations management
Project management expertise and process improvement skills
Strong abilities in data analysis and financial acumen
Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills
Proficient problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities
