The Business Operations Manager will oversee and enhance internal processes, lead a dedicated team, and manage key operational functions to support company growth and efficiency. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role combines leadership with hands-on project coordination across both internal initiatives and external client engagements, with occasional travel. The position offers opportunities for advancement within the operations division.

Responsibilities

• Optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and manage a team to achieve operational goals
• Oversee budget planning and financial management
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
• Prepare and analyze reports and operational data
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, both internal and external
• Develop and enforce company policies and compliance standards
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations

• 2+ years of experience in business operations management
• Project management expertise and process improvement skills
• Strong abilities in data analysis and financial acumen
