Sales Development Manager (East Brunswick)

The Sales Development Manager will build and scale Seleccion's outbound sales development function, generating qualified pipeline for our ServiceNow consulting, implementation, resale, and managed services practice. SDRs own the outbound playbook for ServiceNow-specific buyer personas, and work closely with sales and practice leadership to convert prospecting activity into a healthy, forecastable pipeline.

You should be someone who already speaks the language of the ServiceNow ecosystem - you know the difference between an ITSM buyer and an HRSD buyer, you understand how partners and resellers fit into ServiceNow's go-to-market, and you can coach a Sales members to have credible, informed conversations with IT, HR, security, and customer service stakeholders from the first outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Build and continuously refine outbound prospecting playbooks tailored to ServiceNow buyer personas CIOs, CTOs, ITSM directors, HRSD leaders, SecOps leaders, and CSM/FSM stakeholders.
• Set pipeline generation targets and activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked, opportunities created) and track the team against them weekly.
• Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership on account-based prospecting for named/target accounts and ServiceNow partner-sourced leads.
• Work with marketing to convert campaign, event, and webinar leads, and to align outbound messaging with ServiceNow platform releases and roadmap.
• Coach Sales reps on ServiceNow platform positioning (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, FSM) and how Seleccion differentiates from other systems integrators and resellers.
• Own SDR tooling and process — CRM hygiene, sales engagement platforms, intent/signal data, and call coaching.
• Report pipeline health, conversion rates, and team performance to sales and practice leadership on a regular cadence.
• Stay current on ServiceNow's product roadmap, partner program changes, and competitive landscape, and translate those changes into SDR talk tracks.
• 4+ years of B2B sales development experience, including 1–2+ years managing or leading an SDR/BDR team.
• Direct experience selling into, or supporting sales for, the ServiceNow ecosystem as a ServiceNow partner, reseller, ISV, or at ServiceNow itself with working fluency in ServiceNow terminology, buyer personas, and platform modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, FSM).
• A track record of building repeatable outbound processes and consistently hitting pipeline targets.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting pipeline metrics and forecasts to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator or a platform-specific certification).
• Experience selling or supporting managed services / MSP engagements, not just implementation projects.
• Familiarity with partner-sourced or co-sell pipeline motions within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem
