Qualifications Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions: High school diploma or equivalent is necessary. A minimum of one year of previous contact center selling experience. Internet Speed - 200Mbps or faster with a direct connection to modem (Wi-Fi Prohibited). Other Equipment/Utility capabilities - Workstation space and nearby electrical outlet(s) able to accommodate computer (laptop) and 2 independent monitors (computer equipment/monitors will be provided). Must live in North Carolina. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivator with a knack for working independently. Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the best customer solutions. Physical Abilities: Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking.
