PL/SQL Developer

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a PL/SQL Developer to join their team. As a PL/SQL Developer, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting enterprise database solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, ownership, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: PL/SQL Developer on W2 contract

Location: Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

• Developing database utilities using PL/SQL for large databases to support business operations.

• Implementing and maintaining large Oracle databases, ensuring high performance and reliability.

• Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate database solutions with user interfaces.

• Contributing to enterprise project deliveries, especially within financial institutions.

• Performing performance tuning and optimization of SQL and PL/SQL code to enhance system efficiency.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience developing database utilities using PL/SQL.

• Proven track record in implementing large Oracle databases.

• Experience working with front-end developers and enterprise project delivery.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle packages, procedures, functions, and analytics functions.

• Experience working in an agile environment with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
