Responsible for abrupt equipment failure maintenance, preventive equipment maintenance, and fulfilling tasks assigned by Equipment Maintenance Manager; III. Job Functions and DutiesNO.Representative Duties1Responsible for abrupt equipment failure maintenance and preventive maintennace and inspection;Upon receipt of failure notice from workshop, arrive at the site in the shortest time less than 15min, maintain and inspect equipment in strict compliance with plan and, if cannot perform maintenance plan for any reason, report to the superior;2Responsible for organizing equipment debugging, acceptance, identification, SOP preparation and personal training; Supervise the installation quality, partcipate in equipment debugging and provide equipment acceptance after up to the process and technical requirement;3Responsible for preparing equipment operation and maintenance SOP, training supervisor and equipment operation; Train supervisor and equipment maintenance and prepare equipment operation and maintenance SOP for the accepted equipment;4Responsible for preparing technical transformation plan for energy saving. Actively introduce new technology and improve old system for energy saving.5Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeIⅤ. QualificationJob RequirementsLanguageLanguages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Mandarin - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.ExperienceAt least two years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.Electrowelding certificateEducationJunior college or above, major in mechinery, electric or relevant majors;Physical ConditionThe employee is regularly required o stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip)
Visual acuity including, but not limited to:
a. NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded.
b. FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditions.
c. DEPTH PERCEPTION - Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where and as they actually are.
d. COLOR VISION - Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
e. FIELD OF VISION - Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left while eyes are fixed on a given point.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position
are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots.

COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the jobProfessional Knowledge, SkillsFamiliar with computer operation;Master machinery knowledge.Familiar with glass production process;Familiar with basic knoledge about the machinery and electrics;Familiar with the basic structure of glass production equipment;Mechanical technician should master "four understandings and three know-hows", four understands are understand principle, structure, performance and usage; three know-hows are how to use, how to maintain and how to troubleshoot.Equipment design/installation, deal with complex problems and failure relating to electrowelding and gas cutting;Observational ability and strain capacity;Interpersonal skill;Strong planning, organization and coordinate ability;Persuasive ability.Training RequiredReceived professional training regarding electrowelding and gas cutting;V. Work Environment:
