Join Bark & Maneas our Weekend Scheduler the friendly voice behind smooth schedules, happy groomers, and well-pampered pets!
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from pet parents
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm grooming appointments
- Match pets with the right groomers and routes
- Calmly handle last-minute changes (because pets keep things interesting!)
- Communicate clearly with groomers and our weekday ops team
- Keep scheduling notes accurate and up to date
- Friendly, professional communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and scheduling software
- Strong attention to detailyou love things lining up just right
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Reliable and punctualweekends are a must
- Pet lovers strongly preferred
- Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday)
- In-person at our Mooresville office
- 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
- $18/hour
