Overview Become a part of our caring community The Financial Planning and Analysis Professional analyzes and forecasts financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions in support of Claims Administration and Payment Integrity (CAPI). The Financial Planning and Analysis Professional collects, compiles, verifies, and analyzes financial information so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions for optimal staffing and inventory management practices. Develops and maintains staffing models in Excel for CAPI. Gains understanding of business operation for accurate inventory forecasting. Provides staffing/inventory variance analysis to operators. Engages in root cause analysis to determine explanations for trend variances. Connects operations and finance to achieve common goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
