Job Functions Primary responsibility for investor services aspect of client relationships and service delivery Develop best practices and procedures for onboarding of clients and client deliverables Provide oversight and development of investor services team members Perform review of investor subscription documents for completeness Perform KYC/AML review of investor subscription documents Ability to review and understand offering documents, such as LPA and PPM, of private equity funds Work with various software platforms to lead the setup and management of Investor PortalsIdentify and report risk issues and develop appropriate controls to mitigate risk issues Identify areas for creating operational efficiencies and complete special projects as needed Liaise with internal fund administration team and lead Investor Services aspect of client meetings Job Requirements 8 years’ experience in Investor Services or related field, ideally with a fund administrator Bachelor's degree is required. (Combination of experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.) CAMS Certification preferred.
