Key Responsibilities Provide support and guidance on clinical care delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular audits of clinical processes, documentation, and resident outcomes. Implement evidence-based practices to improve care quality and resident satisfaction. Collaborate with clinical teams to develop personalized care plans for residents. Oversee the coordination of healthcare services using clinical quality assurance tools. Oversee, manage and direct Regional Clinical team members. Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff on infection control, wound care, medication management, and other relevant topics. Stay updated on industry’s best practices and regulatory changes and share relevant information with staff. Provide mentorship and support for new clinical staff to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their roles. Oversees, manages and directs the training for the Regional Clinical team members through the supervision of the Healthcare Policy & Clinical Training Manager. Qualifications & Skills Active Nurse licensure Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for long-term care facilities. Experience in clinical data analysis and quality improvement methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures. Proficient in data analysis tools and software for quality reporting. Experience working with the elderly and appropriate activity interventions. Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care settings.
