Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry at a healthcare organization in Burlington, Massachusetts. This position involves providing comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting, with the flexibility to work both day and night shifts. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Burlington, Massachusetts
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with weekly start dates on Mondays. No travel required.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; a minimum of 0 years of experience; Epic electronic medical record experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the AHA preferred; Neonatal and Pediatric experience (NIHSS and ENPC) preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Level 1 trauma experience; prior Epic EMR experience; ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred.
• Additional Information: Ratios will be between 1:3-5 and may include floating to emergency department holds, inpatient holds, post-anesthesia care unit, and other boarding units. Floating may occur in 4-hour blocks, although this is rare. Candidates must have been separated from the organization for a minimum of 6 months if employed previously in a permanent, per diem, or contract role. The interview team will contact for IVS review before submitting to management.
